A 42-year-old father of three was driving eastbound on I-74 in Hendricks County when his vehicle was negligently clipped by a passing semi-truck, causing a massive crash and our client being ejected. The case was against a national trucking company. The injuries sustained were catastrophic and hardly disputed. Rather, the issue was one of fault. We partnered with Indiana attorneys Tony Patterson and Pete Obremskey (from the Parr Richey Law Firm) to represent our client in state court. The jury trial lasted 7 days. The jury returned a verdict in favor of our client for $18.5 million.
